Winding Battery X-ray Inspection

The winding battery uses a single tap to output current; it has a high internal resistance and an uneven heat dissipation temperature. Stress concentration occurs at the bending point of the plates, resulting in uneven thickness at the end of the tab and diaphragm, which can easily cause structural damage in short circuits, and lithium metal precipitation in batteries under the stimulation of electrical signals, making it easy to cause failure.

In order to avoid potential dangers, we need to use x-ray technology to detect the internal results of the battery. By analyzing the internal structure of the battery, we can screen out defective batteries and prevent them from being transferred to the application market. We call this technology winding battery x-ray inspection.
